Selena Gomez set the rumor mill buzzing after she was spotted jetting off to Norway where Justin Bieber was performing as part of his Believe tour. Justin basically confirmed that Selena was there to see him after posting a photo of the two on his Instagram page and quickly taking it down. Norway seems a far distance to watch a concert, so we are definitely convinced that these former flames are working on their relationship.
