Justin Bieber's Believe tour has been STUFFED with controversy and eyebrow-raising moves, but rather than LEARN from his mistakes, it seems Biebsy is fated to repeat them, as he showed up THREE HOURS LATE to his Friday afternoon concert in Dortmund Germany!
And seeing as MANY of Justin's fans are quite young, some were forced to leave because the show ended at a later hour than previously promised.
Sadface!
AND Biebs apparently didn't APOLOGIZE or even address his lateness at all!
Hmmm… perhaps he was simply too upset after hearing his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez's new single Come and Get It and lost track of time?
Or maybe he had caught a cold from being shirtless in freezing temperatures. Or he could have been pining after his confiscated monkey friend.
But even so, none of the aforementioned excuses would justify Justin's decision to keep his fans waiting for three hours.here are some pix
