Kanye West made his latest album "Yeezus" available via his own YouTube channel Sunday, a day shy of its long-anticipated release.
His shares have since been deleted but the album is still available through other YouTube users.
In the weeks leading up to the release of his 10-track sixth solo effort, described by some critics as his darkest compilation yet, West employed some guerrilla tactics in the promotion of his lead single, "New Slaves."
The rap mogul sent promoters around the world to project a video of him performing the track on the side of buildings. It touched down in Newark and Hoboken earlier this month.
West made headlines last week in a candid interview with the New York Times where he spoke on everything from his infamous Taylor Swift incident to his musical evolution to fatherhood.
West became the father to a baby girl Saturday with girlfriend Kim Kardashian. It is the couple's first child together.
